>>   GATHERING WISDOM RECORDINGS OF DOÑA MARIA APASA MACHACA, ALTO MESAYOQ OF PERUVIAN INCAN Q'ERO LINEAGE (see portrait):

9/1:

I recently travelled to Peru to record Doña Maria in person, and she was very ill during our planned time together. Surrendering to what is, I gratefully made connections with her granddaughter, Celia, and her husband, Víctor, both paqos (shamans) from Q'ero. This has a possibility to yield recordings from afar (albeit phone quality) or preparing for a return trip, developing greater alliances with them and entry in Q'ero.

>>   PROPOSING ART-AS-ACTIVISM-AS-ANTHROPOLGY COLLABORATIVE VISION TO THE YAWANAWÁ PEOPLE OF THE BRAZILIAN AMAZONIA:

I am developing a relationship with a contact with the Yawanawá people. I have begun to propose such collaborative ideas to her to be relayed with The People.
